The Wilhelm scream is a stock sound effect used in various movies and TV shows. It was used in the online game Daleks v Cybermen as the Cybermen controlled by the player "deleted" human soldiers.
It was heard on-screen in Robot of Sherwood, when the robot knights rampaged through Nottingham.
