Norvid was a member of the House of Wetrix. When he first met with Harlan, he was punished for not having shiny boots. He noticed that the Eighth Doctor was missing. Even when everyone started to hate the Doctor, he stayed friends with him. He was the first to spot a Dalek Hunter drone on the moon they were on. He was exterminated. (AUDIO: The Conscript)
