The Registrar was an aging female Human who worked as a vicar at a church in Ealing. She was intended to marry Sarah Jane Smith to Peter Dalton, but the Doctor interveined. She supposedly left when the the Trickster arrived. (SJA: The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith)
