Sergeant Anthony "Tony" Bee was a British Army officer stationed at Caregan Barracks, where he trained new recruits. He mysteriously went rogue and committed several murders. Torchwood Three investigated.
He had a brief but passionate relationship with Sandra Applegate.
Sergeant Bee stole a Land Rover Wolf from the barracks and drove it at the exit barrier, where he was confronted by Privates Kandahal and Foxton. He shot and killed Kandahal with his Browning, then allowed Foxton to kill him..
