Doctor Who soundtracks were home audio releases which contained tracks that were actually found in the incidental music of various televised Doctor Who adventures. Uncommon in the so-called "classic" era, they have been a regular feature of the BBC Wales experience of Doctor Who.

- Doctor Who - Series 4 - The Specials, which presented the score of The Waters of Mars, The Next Doctor, Planet of the Dead and The End of Time.

- Doctor Who - A Christmas Carol, which presented much of the score of A Christmas Carol.
- Doctor Who - Series 6, which accompanied series 6.
- Doctor Who - Series 7, which accompanied series 7.
- Doctor Who - The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe and The Snowmen, which presented much of the score of The Snowmen and The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe.
- Doctor Who - The 50th Anniversary Collection, a multi-disc set comprising music from the show's first fifty years with several distinct and varied releases.
- Doctor Who - The Day of the Doctor and The Time of the Doctor, which presented a partial and alternate score for The Day of the Doctor as well as a partial score for The Time of the Doctor.
