Jamie Anderson is a writer and director of Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories, his first being Come Die With Me, part of the You Are the Doctor and Other Stories anthology.

Jamie had previously appeared in the extended 30th Anniversary documentary More than 30 Years in the TARDIS alongside his father, celebrated TV producer and founder of Century 21 Productions, Gerry Anderson. As a creator of many well loved series including Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons, Gerry stated that the fact his son was a Doctor Who fan was "one of the greatest tragedies" of his life. This is also something Jamie expanded upon in his contribution to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.

Currently serving as director of Anderson Entertainment, Jamie has continued to posthumously develop a number of Gerry's projects following his death in 2012. These include the young adult novel series Gemini Force One, and an audio series of Terrahawks for Big Finish, for which he has also served as a writer and director. More recently he has also been developing the pilot for the TV series Firestorm, starring Naoko Mori and Nicholas Briggs.

In addition, he also continues to promote the work produced throughout his fathers extensive career. Alongside Richard James he also hosts the weekly Gerry Anderson Podcast, which also features Chris Dale.

The audio stories The Waters of Amsterdam and The Peterloo Massacre also saw him direct a number of actors who had previously featured in his father's TV series.
