Just wondering

I’m sure there IS an answer for this I’m just not aware of, but, just as a matter of curiosity, why, exactly, do we refuse to consider authorial intent that this character was the Master, but we accept other ‘writing around trademarks’ appearances like Kelsey Hooper in Faction Paradox. 217.42.180.119^{talk to me} 14:09, April 14, 2020 (UTC)
