Brutality Bombs were a type of psychic weapon used in the City of the Saved Civil War which could cause intense fear and anger within an entire population, causing them to turn on themselves.
Chant Chandra Weng managed to escape the effects of a Brutality Bomb, but was forced to defend himself from the rest of his family, who had been affected. (PROSE: A Hundred Words from a Civil War)
