Deimos Moonbase, also referred to as "the Moonbase", was a base on Deimos.
It was set up to terraform Mars for humans in the 23rd century. However, the Great Recession led to the project being abandoned. Later during the same century, the base was repurposed as an Ice Warrior museum. (AUDIO: Deimos)
