Feris was a magister at an unnamed planet's University. He set the curriculum. He told Annis to be compliant and not teach controversial topics. He belonged to the same minority as Annis, but was content with position that he achieved and didn't get involved in protests fearing for his family's safety. (AUDIO: The Angel of History)
