The Overseer, or Supervisor, (PROSE: The Underwater Menace) was an Atlantean in charge of the slaves working in the mines.

He assigned Jamie McCrimmon and Ben Jackson to work in the same area as Sean and Jacko. (TV: The Underwater Menace)
