The Tutsi were an ethnic group in Africa.
The Doctor speculated it might be the Hutu or the Tutsi tribes that were hunting and trying to kill Abasi in 1860s London (AUDIO: The Ghosts of Gralstead).
In the wake of Miracle Day in 2011, Tutsi in Rwanda bashed the heads of Hutu villagers with clubs and ran over them with bulldozers. (TV: Rendition)
