Source for name?

Maybe I've missed something, but where does the name Throxillian actually come from? The humanoids are unnamed in the official Big Finish description, and from what I can recall (having listened to the audio twice, albeit some time ago, I'll admit) they're never named in the story itself. Unfortunately, the user who added that information hasn't been here in a while, and this (unsourced) info has been on the page for 7 years. I can only think of one potential point in the story off the top of my head where there might possibly be a mention, so I'll check that point and get back to you once I have an answer.
