Good Thinking was a US shadow organisation in the 1950s that engineered the Good Thinking virus from nanotechnology and a biological component supplied by Norton Folgate. Norton found the results abhorrent and Torchwood shut them down. The virus survived and was kept by Heights Pharmaceuticals. (AUDIO: Outbreak)
