Tom Cutler

DCI Tom Cutler was a police officer who worked in Cardiff in the early 21st century.
Cutler worked a beat in Hammersmith. In 2003, he was involved in some "nasty trouble," and Torchwood One were sent in to deal with it. (PROSE: Into the Silence)
He was romantically involved with Torchwood Three member Suzie Costello prior to her death. (PROSE: Long Time Dead)
In 2009, Cutler was sent on secondment to Cardiff. He liased with Torchwood Three and helped them to defeat a Silent person who was killing Cardiff residents. He was then sent back to London. (PROSE: Into the Silence)
