The Disaster Relief Committee (or D.R.C.) was set up by the Committee after the Cardiff tsunami. Andy Davidson was its director and Tyler Steele and Colin Colchester-Price both offered assistance. However, resources were scarce and the D.R.C. was limited in its effectiveness. (AUDIO: A Mother's Son) After Torchwood were found responsible for the tsunami, they locked Torchwood out of the Hub.
