Keith was Fiona McAndrew's driver. He was shot by a Law Machine at their unveiling and was assumed dead by Yvonne Hartman. Ianto Jones later saw him through a window and told McAndrew that he was alive, only for him to be definitively killed a moment later. (AUDIO: The Law Machines)
