Tunguska Scroll
The Tunguska Scroll was recovered in the Tunguska Basin in Russia in 1908. It was acquired by UNIT on 4 June 1972 from a private collector. It was kept in the Black Archive, having an inventory reference number 000284749 and being located at E-4.6. Sarah Jane Smith, with the help of the Brigadier took it after being duped by Mrs Wormwood, who promptly stole it from her and joined it with the Consciousness of Horath, in order to locate the resting place of Horath. After Wormwood was defeated, Sarah Jane destroyed the scroll with her sonic lipstick. (TV: Enemy of the Bane)

Behind the scenes
According to a DVD Extra of the second series of the Sarah Jane Adventures and the SJA website, the Tunguska Scroll was salvaged from a Prastaki trading vessel in 1908.
