Fazackerly was the personal attendant of the Duke of Wellington. During the Eighth Doctor's trip to the Crystal Palace in 1851, the Duke asked to help Georgina Marlow. He later met the Doctor and asked to see his ticket. He then later accused the Doctor of the assassination attempt on Christian de Roche and Madeline de Roche. He was very particular about formality, and got agitated when Charlotte Pollard continued calling the Duke of Wellington Arthur. Fazackerly was also quite enthusiastic about clothes and clothing, taking pride helping disguise C'rizz and Charley as the De Roches. (AUDIO: Other Lives)
