Anniversary

I don't understand how this is the 50th Anniversary of the magazine when the magazine's issue 1 was introduced in 1979 and 2019 was the 40th Anniversary of the magazine... --DCLM ☎ 09:42, October 18, 2019 (UTC)

Or is it to be understood as the magazine that covers 50 years of the show? And if that's the case, why does the preceeding issue do the same? --DCLM ☎ 09:58, October 18, 2019 (UTC)
