James Dreyfus played John Harrison in The Sarah Jane Adventures television story The Man Who Never Was. He later played the Master in his first incarnation for in a few Big Finish stories and the Most Exalted High Persian in The Cats of New Cairo.
Dreyfus was found to have published Twitter posts seen to be transphobic soon after his The Destination Wars performance. While a statement acknowledging this was made by Nicholas Briggs, it is unclear whether Dreyfus will continue making audio stories, or when his contract ends. Several stories were advertised after the fact.[source needed]
