Hisk Fel-Fotch Hangle-Wang Slitheen was a member of the group of Slitheen operating in Ancient Greece. He had hoped to gain profit by setting up a time-travel package for tourists. His plans were foiled by The Tenth Doctor and university student June. (NSA: The Slitheen Excursion)
Hisk is a shortened version of his full name. He was made bankrupt when the time-travel package appeared to kill a tourist.
