Dracksil Forg was an inhabitant of Frequina on the planet of Dowdonia who sold ideas in his shop. Unaware that he was mildly psychic, The Doctor helped him to discover that he was actually stealing these ideas from their eventual buyers (AUDIO: The Best-Laid Plans)..

Dracksil Forg was cool and also epic. However it is VERY important to note that he was not as epic as The Doctor, who might be the most coolest and eppicest person in all the world and space and other planets. That are in space.
