The Kiseibya were parasitic creatures bred by Professor Shimura of the research facility Roark 279 on Bliss. The Professor bred them to be used as a weapon against the Daleks; Metal eating parasites who eat meat in their larval stage. (BFA: Enemy of the Daleks)
