Summary
The High Council of the Time Lords are faced with a crisis so dire they need to call upon the assistance of the Ancient One for the first time in history.

- The Ancient One was alternatively known as "She who came before Rassilon" and had not been summoned in all of Gallifreyan history up to this point.
