Would this actually be Rassilon? Tecteunhe was the first Timelord to learn how to regenerate, the one who seems to be in charge of their civilization in the flashback. Would Tecteun have changed his/her name at some point or were they killed by Rassilon and then he took credit for what Tecteunhe had done? Unless Rassilon at some point is revealed to have been Tecteun in their past, this is pure speculation. And until that, we can at best assume that Rassilon got rid of Tecteun and took her credibility of it. --DCLM ☎ 09:30, March 2, 2020 (UTC)
