Praed Street

Praed Street was a street in London. (TV: The Great Detective) In 1892 (TV: The Snowmen) when the Paternoster Gang tried to coax the Eleventh Doctor out of retirement with stories of unexplained incidents that he could help them investigate, Jenny Flint told the Doctor there was a man on Praed Street who allegedly had an invisible wife. She then amended her statement and admitted it was possible he simply didn't have a wife, prompting the Doctor to tell them they were wasting his time. (TV: The Great Detective)
