Trion Civil War
The Trion Civil War[source needed] was a conflict on the planet Trion during the 1970s. The war began due to the disillusionment of the public with the ruling Imperial Clans, causing division. (PROSE: Turlough and the Earthlink Dilemma)
Vislor Turlough, belonging to an Imperial Clan, lost his mother in the war (TV: Planet of Fire) and was forbidden from seeing his lover Deela due to them being on opposing sides. (AUDIO: Kiss of Death) Rehctaht effectively took control of the revolution and overthrew the Clans before setting up the Revolutionary Regime.
In the wake of the war, the surviving Clansmen were exiled to Trion colonies and less developed planets such as Earth, where Turlough (PROSE: Turlough and the Earthlink Dilemma, etc.) and Charlie Gibbs were sent, (AUDIO: Eldrad Must Die!) watched over by a Trion solictor. (TV: Planet of Fire)
