Mount Cadon was a massive mountain on Gallifrey which reached to the transduction barrier. The Prydonian Academy was located at the base of Mount Cadon. In his youth, the Doctor used to climb it while he was young. The Hermit used to tell stories to the young Gallifreyans, like the Doctor, on Mount Cadon. (NA: Lucifer Rising)
