The Ostrogoths were a nomadic human tribe that existed in 451. (PROSE: Combat Magicks) They occupied large parts of Italy in 540. Steven Taylor was mistaken for an Ostrogoth in Ravenna, and shipped to Constantinople, due to his strange clothing. (AUDIO: The Secret History)
