Strip-lights were a type of light source.

There were some inside of the warehouse that Iris Wildthyme and Panda visited, and the ghost of a ticket inspector tried to kill Panda by making a strip-light fall on him, which Panda narrowly avoided. (PROSE: Just the Ticket)
