Dave Cooke

David "Dave" Cooke was a cleaner at Torchwood One. He retired shortly after Ianto Jones was hired in March, 2005. In a very short span of time thereafter, he, reportedly, suddenly suffered a rapid decline in brain function, along with physical deterioration, and began exhibiting ongoing signs of dementia. Within 10 months of retirement, Dave was moved to Blue Sky Vistas Residential Care. In 2007, Ianto pretended to be his nephew in order to learn what happened to his keys. (AUDIO: Locker 15)
