Flydale North was a Parliamentary Constituency in the United Kingdom on Earth. Harriet Jones was MP for Flydale North prior to and during her term as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. (TV: Aliens of London / World War Three) Presumably a Flydale South existed too.
In a parallel universe, Harriet Jones' counterpart was also MP for Flydale North, never having served as Prime Minister. (AUDIO: The Endless Night)
