General Kine was the leader of the Seventy-Ninth Sontaran Assault Corps. At the request of Lord Ruthven, Kine led his troops in an invasion of the Eleven-Day Empire. (AUDIO: The Eleven Day Empire) Lolita promised to give Kine access to Faction Paradox's temporal technology if the invasion was successful.
Lolita sent Kine to guard Ruthven's timeship. Justine and Morlock confronted him when they boarded the ship, resulting in Justine cutting off Kine's arm with her shadow-weapon.
Kine tried to kill Lolita, but discovered that she was indestructible. Kine was with Morlock and Quelch when Lolita consumed the Empire. (AUDIO: The Shadow Play)
