Will Masters

Will Masters was one of Reegan's henchmen. He was charged with watching Liz Shaw and Dr Lennox, but was tricked by the latter into leaving the laboratory, enabling Liz's unsuccessful escape attempt. He was shot in the shoulder by UNIT soldiers who were liberating Liz and the Third Doctor. (TV: The Ambassadors of Death)
