Paul Talbot

Paul Talbot was an insurance worker in Cardiff. He was infected by the Cardiff Space-Time Rift, which began to alter his DNA. It made him want to eat people, starting with his roomate, Chris Manning. Torchwood Three took him into the Hub and ran tests on him. They found that his metabolism had greatly increased and he would need to eat people regularly in order to survive. Paul chose to starve, and died within a few hours. (PROSE: Monster)
