Carolan

Carolan was a Time Lord and a friend of Tessno. The two joined the Gallifreyan military at the same time and were part of the squad that caught the Ten on Dalgar, all of whom the Ten hypnotised. Tessno was forced to kill Carolan, who forgave her as she was doing it. (AUDIO: Stop the Clock)
