Ruben (The Grand Betelgeuse Hotel) was a former employee of the Grand Betelgeuse hotel. He was involved with a heist. His kids were kidnapped by the hotel staff and told Ace how it operated. He wanted to stop the human by flooding the planet with anti-matter. (AUDIO: The Grand Betelgeuse Hotel)
