Moleskin

Moleskin was a fabric used to forge clothes, so called after the fur of a mole.

The Eleventh Doctor wore double breasted overcoats of moleskin in olive green (TV: Let's Kill Hitler) or raven black. (TV: A Town Called Mercy)

The Eighth Doctor wore a bottle green moleskin overcoat up to his death. (COMIC: The Pictures of Josephine Day, TV: The Night of the Doctor)

The War Doctor wore double breasted moleskin waistcoats in ginger, (COMIC: The Clockwise War) navy blue, (COMIC: Ambush), mustard yellow, (COMIC: Fast Asleep), caramel brown, (COMIC: The Whole Thing's Bananas), and dark brown-green. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)

The Master wore a black moleskin overcoat when posing as the Other Doctor. (AUDIO: Dominion). During his war incarnation, he wore a single breast waistcoat of mustard yellow moleskin, (AUDIO: Killing Time), and also a maroon moleskin overcoat. (AUDIO: Master of Worlds)
