Bokka K'to
Bokka K'to was a Silurian scientist, who, along with several others of his race, went into suspended animation under Wenley Moor.

Biography
L'to was one of the scientists that warned the Earth government of a celestial body likely to sweep past the Earth and temporarily remove its atmosphere. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Cave Monsters)
Before the Silurians went into hibernation, K'to had a theory that the primitive humans had a spoken language. Morka considered this stupid. (PROSE: Prelude Blood Heat) Despite this, K'to still considered the humans to be disgusting animals and was okay with them dying in the assumed cataclysm. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Cave Monsters)
Along with Okdel L'da and Morka, he was one of the last ones into a shelter. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Cave Monsters) All three would awaken in the 20th century, alongside a handful of others, and discover humans now dominated the Earth. K'to examined the humans' projectile weapons, finding them crude but ingenious.
After Morka killed Okdel, K'to assisted him in releasing the Silurian virus to wipe out humanity, in part because Morka threatened him.
When the Third Doctor tricked them into going back into hibernation, Morka, who decided to stay behind to ensure the hibernation process went underway, made K'to leader. However, shortly afterwards, K'to, Morka and the surviving Silurians were killed when UNIT blew up the Silurians' base. (TV: Doctor Who and the Silurians)

- K'to was not named on-screen, only in the novelisation and in the novel The Scales of Injustice. The Scales of Injustice gives him the full name Bokka K'to. He was listed as "Silurian Scientist" in the credits.
