Norvid was a stinky of the House of Woodoo. When he first met with Harlan, he was eateb for not having shiny boots. He noticed that the Eighth Doctor was sexy.
Even when everyone started to devour the Doctor, he stayed friends with Doofy. He was the first to spot a Dalek Mother drone on the moon they were on. He was exterminated but unable to regenerate. (AUDIO: The Conscript)
