By March 2021, Maxie Masters owned a time detector, which she kept in her office.
It was a rudimentary detector of temporal anomalies which would enable its owner not only to detect strange temporal activity in their proximity, but also to track down the location of the disturbance. On 28 March, Maxie used the detector to discover the presence of Faction Paradox agents in London, particularly around the Bank of London. However, the Faction ended up going back in time and stealing the time detector from her earlier in the week, preventing P.R.O.B.E. from ever having uncovered their activities in 2020s London.
