The Bereznik Secret Police was a policing institution which existed from the 2040s at the latest (COMIC: The Bitter Cold Dish) to the 2060s at the earliest.
In 2065, Tobolsk was the head of the Secret Police. Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward was arrested by the Bereznik Army on suspicion of his murder. (PROSE: Zodiac's Rescue Bid!)
