Talk:What's the Doctor reading (short story)

Short story

Umm, this is just a photograph on Instagram, how is this a short story exactly? Danochy 04:04, 2 September 2021 (UTC)

Agreed. As it's now described, it does not sound narrative, which is what is required to be considered a story on this wiki. Shambala108 05:27, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
Whatever you decide to call this, it fully deserve to have a page as it is a seperate entry in the FindTheDoctor (series). You can't cherry pick some and leave out others. That is hypocritical, basically saying that it is of no importance, but others are. --Danniesen 07:13, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
Not sure how it is hypocritical... but yes it is possible for some entries to be covered and others not because, believe it or not, they are of varying importance. This page, in particular, has nothing to add that can't be covered on FindTheDoctor (series), unless you propose we cover every single social media post? Danochy 07:18, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
To suggest I said that is silly. Not every social media post ties into something. This instagram post originally didn't tie into anything, which is why it was initially not added. Now it ties into something, namely FindTheDoctor (series), a thing that we cover, which is why it is of importance now. Alternatively you can add it as a short entry on, let's say for example Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror (TV story). It deserves to be noted elsewhere than just the "Find the Doctor" article. It is of a big importance DUE to being tied into something we cover. --Danniesen 07:25, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
