Berger was Captain Briggs' first officer.

Biography

In 2526, Berger helped the Fifth Doctor fight the Neomorph Cybermen, who planned to crash Briggs' freighter on Earth to destroy an interstellar conference about the upcoming Cyber-Wars. (TV: Earthshock)

Berger, Briggs and Scott were returned to 26th century Earth in the TARDIS. (TV: Time-Flight)
