Sam was a human kidnapped by Tetraps and taken to Tetrapyriarbus to be used for food. The First Rani suggested to Urak that Sam could be used as a prize bull because he had a high sperm count and could be used to breed more humans. (AUDIO: The Rani Reaps the Whirlwind)
