Time Lord soldiers were Time Lords trained to serve as soldiers sent to the frontline of the Last Great Time War to fight for Gallifrey and the Great House. Time Lords were trained to fight despite Dalek gunsticks being equipped with regeneration inhibitors. Gallifreyan shock troops were specialised Gallifreyan troops. (AUDIO: The Rulers of the Universe) Among the equipment they possessed was a time pendant (AUDIO: Assets of War) which allowed troopers to stay precisely ten nanoseconds in time ahead of their opponents, which they used to avoid getting "mowed down" on ground assaults.
