A Progenitor Chamber was installed aboard a Dalek saucer which, having survived the destruction of the New Dalek Empire, (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) detected and recovered the last Progenitor device (TV: Victory of the Daleks) that survived the Time War.
