Tallulah was an actress and singer in 1930s New York. She worked in the Laurenzi Theatre and fell in love with one of the stagehands. Laszlo, who was made into a pig slave. She helped the Doctor against the Daleks. (DW: Daleks in Manhattan/ Evolution of the Daleks)
