Cardiff University Library was a library building in Cardiff University. Nina Rogers and Jessica Montague would study there while they were students at the university.
In 1899, Emily Holroyd secretly placed a sentient book in the library, following instructions Jack Harkness wrote in 2009 and sent to her, along with the book, through the Rift. Nina Rogers would later have her memories stolen by the book repeatedly until Jack and Ianto Jones sent it back in time, freeing Nina by trapping the book in a time-loop. (PROSE: Consequences)
